Practical application of the subjects learnt during lectures in the University and laboratory experiments require interfacing with the industry to gain first-hand knowledge of the practices in real-life situations.Each undergraduate has to undergo practical training in any industry for a period of not less than 60days during the course of his/her engineering study.The training is a part of the University syllabus and grades are awarded for the training taken by the student.
