The induction of Freshers into the society is conducted by organizing an Examination Round and then a Personal Interview Round conducted by the Senior Members of the Society. They are evaluated on their technical and management skills, and on being selected they become the members of the Society who will look after the activities of the Society further on.But, the Society is open to all Freshers who need any type of Technical help and we believe in passing out the knowledge from the seniors to the juniors and help them learn and grow as they proceed.
