This initiative was formally announced during the Startup Mahakumbh, held from 3rd to 5th April 2025, and is being implemented in strategic collaboration with Startup India (DPIIT) and Incubation partnership with FITT(IIT Delhi). Key features of the Challenge include:

• Mentorship by nationally acclaimed experts
• Access to dedicated in-house incubation support
• 12 Challenging Problem Statements(PS) meticulously curated to align with national security priorities
